Georgia Supreme Court turned down Davis's appeal for a new trial on Monday, 3/17/08, 2008 and denied his motion for reconsideration on 4/14/08.

We must mobilize! An execution date could be scheduled this year! The parole board can grant clemency (stay the execution and commute the sentence). They are the focus of our advocacy now.
